Payment Methods
We currently accept payment by credit card and debit card (or through a Paypal account if you have one). Your checkout process is handled by PayPal, a secure company for sending money online. PayPal is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK as an electronic money institution. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, although you may choose to set one up when you go through our checkout, if you wish.

How are my details kept secure?
PayPal gives the following assurance: 'The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are never directly connected to the Internet, so your private information stays private.'
Delivery
We pay your postage within the UK, but see under 'Returns and Refunds'. If the item is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days, but please allow up to 8 working days for your item to be delivered. However, if we are closed for a holiday period (dispalyed on our homepage) processing of orders will be delayed until our return.
Your order will be delivered within the UK by first class post. We are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to and arriving with you.
Please note that worldwide delivery costs £12.00 per item dispatched. Please add this to your shopping basket before going to the checkout. Items are likely to take longer to reach destinations outside the UK.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if on the rare occasion your goods are faulty, then you will be refunded in full. Alternatively we will try and replace the item, if you prefer. Faulty products should be returned directly to the warehouse (please return to address on the package in which the item came, as your order may have come from more than one warehouse). We will then send out a replacement. Where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. Please return the item along with the order number and a description of the fault. If the product is faulty or the order is incorrect, we will pay for the postage to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost). If an order is incorrect, please report it to us within two days at mail@fairy-costume-uk.com .
If you have a change of heart, we are happy to refund you for the cost of the item provide the item is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. However, please note, if for any reason, other than a fault, you wish to return an item, your refund will not include the postage charges we originally paid on your behalf. Further postage and packaging charges will apply where exchanges are required. (Our UK postage rates are £5 per item or £9.50 for two items. International postage fees are dependent on the region). Returned items must also be be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. The delivery cost of returning such items to us will also be your responsibility. Please contact us via email through our contact form. Please note, in all instances Fairy Dreamers shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details (Please note, we use a secure checkout process through PayPal - see above -and so our operators do not have access to your credit card details).
We will retain your details for the sole reason of fulfilling your order. We will never SPAM you with unwanted emails. Neither will we pass your details onto a third party, unless this is required to process your order.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We do not install cookies onto your computer to track your browsing behaviour.

Conditions of use of this website
We reserve the right, and will not be held liable, if we withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party if we withdraw any product from this website even if that product has been sold; or for removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. In these circumstances you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid.
